Honestly looking back South America and the Caribbean are really not talked about at all in American History. Atleast where I'm from. I hate to admit this, but I literally didn't realize the Caribbean was majority black. It's not that I thought another race lived there it's just nobody ever talked about them so I had no reason to think about it outside of Jamaica. lol
Where in this does it say that most slaves weren't from Africa?

Chill. When most people are talking about reparations, they're talking about the US Government repaying its African American citizens for their past sins from Slavery to Jim Crow. Hence you having no say d. I do recognize that some people argue for European countries to pay reparations to the various countries around the world that they colonized and enslaved as well. Chill.
