I think it's interesting that this song has more 10s than any other song so far, but didn't get any 11s. It's like a lot of people love it but no one loves it enough

The vocal production is messy, she's yelling more than my fave post 2008 during the last chorus, the production is generic and standard for 2010's r&b and the lyrics aren't exactly serving Butterfly teas
But you're missing the 90's R&B harmonies throughout and the vivid atmosphere she's painting lyrically. The way the instrumental is moody and dark, almost like a stormy day, it really sounds like loneliness, sadness and disappointment put to music.
It's soooooo damn good. And it's sooooo damn beautiful. Should've been top 20 easy... at least top 25
