Mix some coconut oil and sugar together to crate a scrub and rub that on your knees for a few minutes.
Then, wash it off and apply a layer of baking soda and milk and leave it on until it dries and then wash it off.
Then, follow up with a moisturizer. It can be any kind you use for your body. Apply it in and upwards motion, so you can get those cracks and whatnot. Do this like for like two weeks and you'll see a difference.
This also works on elbows.
