My only semi issue with this Caitlyn story is that in the Diane interview, she insisted none of this was for publicity but just wanting her story to be told. The following month you shoot for high fashion magazine, Vanity Fair?
I mean I know its a way to express newly visualized femininity but this family has made it SO hard to find the genuine nature of it all.

She's doing this to help other transgender people. This being public makes a huge difference to people suffering, and when they see the positive feedback from people - it's a big deal to them. And this
is her story being told. It's the best way to get it to be told, by looking
real ****ing good on the cover of Vanity Fair and hopefully other magazines. She
needs to keep herself out there so more transgender people can feel free and realise that the world really is accepting, they're just seeing the wrong side to it all.
