There are others, but I'm sure at the time we were rejected by Google (and are they notoriously hard to overturn denials and look at appeals for their ads), this provider we ended up with was the best choice. In the long run, it really didn't work out. Hopefully with this issue we finally find a new provider.

Oops sorry if I didn't clarify enough. We were denied by Google AdSense a while back, which is why we have this ad provider. Those appeals are hard to get.

This issue we're dealing with can be dealt with within 24-48 hours of us filing for a review of the site. This would require us proving to Google that the site no longer has any links to any seedy malware/pop ups/junk that they originally detected on the site.
