I'm more concerned about her not releasing an album this year than canceling the tour. Her stans were certain she was going to release new material, and honestly I think she needs to strike while people are still watching because the negative talk will only get worse.
I feel bad for her. She's not amazing by any means, but I don't think she's horrendous trash either. People are making a show out of reading her down.
It means a lot in the hip hop world. It's just a game to y'all. And an act Iggy puts on every time she hits the stage.
Iggy is well educated in the HipHop/Rap genre. But the community within those genres are ignorant and closed minded as **** no one would be interested in watching or reading her interviews talking about rap. They would be too busy thinking about those edited vines and old freestyle videos from 2009.
I mean, who would pay to see this woman? Especially after that awful vine went viral, I mean, I wouldnt want to go see a rapper who I cannot understand a word and someone who relies heavily on featured artists who are not gonna be there.
I also don't feel bad because of the whole cultural misappropriation issue and how she seems not to care about it, which is ok, but to the point that you are rude about it, like she is, thats when I loose my ****. As someone who listens to Top 40, some of her songs are cute, like Fancy or Black Widow but I would NEVER pay a single $1.00 for her music or to see her in concert.

You are right but I said "went viral." Regardless of the video's age, the vine coupled with the bad press around her would force a reasonable person to not care enough for her to pay for a concert ticket.
