She just has to go back to her good ol' pop roots. It doesn't necessarily need to be Max Martin or Dr Luke since other producers proved to deliver solid pop tracks as well. I'd love a collab with Ariel Rechtshaid which could result in a fully refined and enjoyable melody. The first step with her lead single being catchy (Pretty Girls) had already been taken, however it was catchy for all the wrong reasons.

I guess all she needs to resort to is a good melody. Not that it would magically succeed after the "damage" her recent singles possibly have done to her but people & radio could stop turning their backs on her with all the possible turn-offs she had on board. Either the choruses of her latest lead singles were melodic & not catchy (HIAM), neither catchy nor melodic (Work Bitch) or catchy & non-melodic (Pretty Girls).
