I am confused. Why would he do that? Normally members get banned for a month if they reach 10 warnings, but not IP banned, keep in mind I still have 8 warnings only. And why would I be IP banned when my account is active? I think I have the right to know whats going on.

p.s. I should be excused for using proxy sites untill then.
