I will say that Katy's influence on Taylor is pretty clear. It's fun to point out that Taylor beat Katy at her own game, but in the end, it was Katy's game to begin with - not anyone else's.

Shake It Off has references to Taylor's dating history and to men and ex boyfriends. Those things limit the song's universal appeal.

Sure thing.

Bland, tasteless and boring.

I had the scallops as an appetizer which were a little chewy in spots and the cream sauce was thin like it had been watered down. The end effect was a pretty tasteless appetizer.

My main dish was the spaghetti bolognese. Again, no spices. Just blah tasting pasta and plain meat sauce.
