She ain't gonna return to #1 next week, if Billboard ain't counting the remix in the SPS. But it's nice that she's top 3 again.

What a ridiculous rule to count singles sales as album sales. Taylor selling 40k and goes up to 80k. A mess.

I dislike the SEA and TEA rules in general. Streaming is great for singles, but including single units into the albums calculations doubly rewards the more successful artists, which is unfair. Also, it only enables the focus on singles the industry has at the moment.
If album sales die, then fine, but don't conflate single sales with the album to make the album look better as a whole. If Billboard wants to include streaming for albums, they should have Spotify and other reporters develop a way to determine when someone listens to an album in full.

Not a bad drop for PP2 (considering there's more sales to come in).

Who are you?
1989 sold about 21k last week, and this update shows a really big increase already.
How is that a "yikes" when plenty of lessers' albums don't seem to have much of an impact at all from a bunch of performances?
Bye.

Also, the "who are you" argument is one of the most pathetic I've ever seen. I'm a person
To quote my favourite actress Meryl Streep in August Osage county: "Who are you? What do you do?"
