She discredits us saying teens don't know Madonna's singles in US; but then says up and down teens don't know Mariah's singles in UK. It's a two way streak.
You don't just get to choose who's judgement is accurate. The way she keeps saying her experience, but discredits us with 'oh, but I'm OUTSIDE the U.S.!! Global!'. U.S. is apart of the globe too hun.
Not to mention the US being the most important music market AND the third most populated country on earth

and i didn't discredit you, i said she was blacklist on the radio after the american life era so it's less likely for them to be known in the US. Mariah was never blacklisted on the radio here, but her airplay/iTunes stats show that the majority of her singles are unknown (to pretty much every generation here) Giselle literally denied the fact Madonna has global classics when many have attested to this
and you know very well that 'global' on here is used to refer to outside of the US Madonna sold over 8 million copies of an album outside the US in 2005 whereas Mariah sold the majority of her sales in the US. Recent charts show that Mariah is basically non-existent in terms of worldwide relevance so it's not exactly surprising, especially when her singles were much bigger in the US than they were worldwide in the first place...
Madonna is only known for kissing Drake in the US (we can only live in one country at a time)

Aside from 4 Minutes Madonna truly hasn't had a US hit (good sales + good radio, not just 1) since 2000.
Mariah had WBT, SIO, DFAU, TMB, and Obsessed become big hits since then. #Beautiful was also a modest quick hit while GMAYL fell off the Hot 100 in 5 weeks, and LFL never even charted.

Sorta but I was the big reason why. She bought one of Celine's CDs for me since I was soooo in love with My Heart Will Go On when I was, like, more or less a toddler.
