To be fair, Kesha's never been a streaming artist, even before streaming became a big thing. VEVO was still blocked in a lot of WW countries during the Animal era, and well the Warrior era was a flop, and the most successful single from that era came from 2012, before streaming really blew up in late 2013... I know they're not really excuses but there's a lot of factors as to why Kesha's views are kinda tragic.
It'll only be her second VEVO certification, too.
