That's like, her default face for anything, she would only do some half-smile in confessionals, if that. She's just not a person who's open with her emotions, and getting into this 15 years after being nowhere to be found must be overwhelming. Some also thought she was uninterested in her RHAP. She squeezed that interview in her tight schedule just to do some promo, those 15 minutes are a lot when you have a little child and you're planning to leave for two months. And if she sounded that way, again, it's just her voice, how she talks.
She had no clue what was she getting into when she was dropped off in the middle of South China Sea back in 2000, and probably doesn't know what she's getting into now either, with idols, vote doublers, alliances left, blindsides right, etc etc.. That's one of the main reasons why I wanted Kimmi and T Bird to be back, too see how old schoolers function in a modern era climate. It is a social experiment after all.
