Tonight, Britney Spears and Iggy Azalea performed their single “Pretty Girls” for the first time at the Billboard Music Awards in Las Vegas. The single is meant to promote Spears’s ongoing residency in that city, and the performance served as an apt advertisement for the pop star’s stage show: Spears, who’s performed on television rarely since her 2007 “Gimme More” fiasco at the MTV Video Music Awards, seemed both with-it and truly delighted to be onstage. Azalea, who’s come under fire online in recent months for her acuity with rapping live, sold her verse, too. As redemption stories go, this one couldn’t have been more welcome.
I was hoping to drag Mariah but she wasn't as bad as I've seen ha sadly. I yelped when she yelled out "This is called INFINITY' and asked non-fans to sing a week old song that even her stans wouldn't know by heart.
Britney stans condition themselves to believe that she's still alive and slaying that Planet Hollywood stage. It's so sad. I'm so happy I was able to come to my senses back in 2013.
I will always love Britney, but she is a joke. Sorry. I had EXTREMELYYYYYYYYYYY low expectations, but she and her team were just off. PREREXORDED WHEN YOU ARE THERE? ****ING REALLY?
