I used to spend so much time and energy on searching for and listening to "obscure" music. The amount times I downloaded albums from Bandcamp based purely on the artwork and the fact they were available for free.
I remember when the scrupulosity of my OCD went into overdrive and I wouldn't listen to most of the pop artists in fear they were Illuminati and thus devil-worshippers.
So I spent that entire summer listening to indie rock and other genres, so I would be avoiding anything "Satanic". Oh, and Blackout because I was convinced Britney had been trying to escape the Illuminati during its conception. I eventually returned to pop by the time Cali Gurls came out and I'd started taking meds.

I went through a time in my life of thinking I was "above" pop girls. Such a dark period of time.
Honestly my score would be way lower if I didn't listen to K-Pop. Listening to music in multiple languages makes your music taste seem more diverse, even though as far as genre goes, it could be the same ****.
