Listen to The Writings On The Wall first. It's one of the best R&B albums of the 90s. One of the best contemporary R&B albums, period.

Then Destiny Fulfilled. It's beautifully produced and sorta has a storyline. It's a very personal album.

Then listen to Survivor, which is a mess, but it's a super fun mess.

Their debut was a cute effort, not bad, but maybe a little boring for casual fans. It does have some cute songs on it and it's hilarious hearing them sing so grown at 16.

WHY was this performance so overlooked?! When she was accused of lipping the National Anthem NO ONE brought this performance up lol. Of her singing in the cold, 4 years earlier, slaying. This is her best patriotic performance IMO.

i think it has to do with the different colloquialism from different countries. i know its pronounced "bee" but sometimes i just cant help myself calling her "bay" when its shortened.
