So I met Rukes and Zedd last night at the True Colors event, I asked Zedd about vocalists and how to pick the right one, and then he talked about how it just has to feel right.
Then, he gave me an example of trying to get the right vocalist for Straight Into the Fire, and he told me that he wanted Katy Perry on the track, but he couldn't get her
Katy would have killed it. Why didn't she do it? Julia is great too tho so no complaints.
I have no clue. He was talking about how he always asks vocalists to be on songs, and then some are just like "F*** off," and then he was saying not actually, but they were inferring that
