Saw the first season of Fate/Stay Night UBW. I like it

But... the last 2 episodes that protagonist guy was really really ****ing stupid. I hope he'll actually become somewhat badass in season 2. Going to start watching that soon.

They really do

The episode where Hinata fights Neji kills me everytime. Literally backstory and side conversations the whole episode. They only fought for like 2 mins during the entire ep.

Some possible spoilers of future episodes of UBW up ahead.

After watching episode 18, I only just realized that Archer and Shirou are probably the same person. Archer is Shirou in the future when he succeeded becoming a "hero". They use the same type of magic. Archer regrets becoming a hero because he sees it is futile, which is why he wants to kill Shirou so badly - to revert ever becoming one.

Am I slow for realizing this only now?

I thought it was pretty obvious after last weeks episode when archer said "trace on" and especially after this recent episode when tohsaka was talking to archer

I've had to take breaks after a couple of episodes because things just get too dreary.
