Oh btw, I forgot to add this to the challenge announcement (cause I thought it was obvious), but you'll need to include the word you're writing about in your PM. I'll add it now!
Yeah I was going to put 'I chose ______' right above the lyrics
I assume you just forward it to the judges but sounds good
Even though we're in pairs, will we be judged/ranked separately or does one song affect the other contestants score too? For example if I write a really crap song and Nait writes a Grammy worthy song...will my crap song affect him and vice versa?
Oh and I went completely left-field topic wise for my song this week just for you.
If all else fails, I better see that smile on your face when you read my song.

Abandoned? These are cute! You're coming for blood!
Oh you think? I abandoned it because I decide to change the direction I was going with my song. I think the direction I was going was going to be too camp and cliched.

Well I liked those lyrics so if they're the rejects I can only imagine the final product will slay.
The gardener creates the garden, and I'm going to create a world encompassing the self. The flowers with bloom with an archipelago of light, a deluge of information that I won't have the chance to catch in my thumb. Why isn't the world so not unfair? Could it be that what I saw to be an efficacious request was actually a dream composed of nothing but optical illusions? My once-nascent laughter is turning to stone. Kill me, father. Do what you so cried for in the middle of the night. You thought I wasn't home, but I heard every word of your tyrannical ways. Filial what? Soon I will live on the North Pole, and I'll never see my love. My love. My lust? Love, lust. Lust, love. Who is to say which is which?
Carried me high
Tender supreme
Took me through life’s isolation
The one who abetted for me
It felt so long
Black and white dream
You came and painted my canvas
Sung to me so colourfully
The learning curve is so steep, like I'm still struggling. It's pretty fun, though! When you have a finished product that you like it's such a great feeling.
