In Germany there's this sweet which is known by many as Negerkuss (which translates to "negro kiss").
It's officially called Schokokuss or Schaumkuss, though, and that term does not have any racial connotations to it, fortunately.

This is a mess but I think it's well intentioned - so often "skin colour" is just for white skin and I guess this is trying to combat that.

Some of these with the word "Negro" are probably to do with it being the word for the colour black and not a reference to race.
