They needed to hype up the live performance and give the song time to grow on radio. It's not as big as it looks because we still haven't hit the rolling effect (tomorrow we will lose over 600 spins and probably 10M AI).
She came right off of a flop era and Iggy has no established fanbase yet so it's not like they were going to debut this one at #1.
