Well the only people who've denied Kanye his status thus far are internationals. It's hard to know the Rap Legends when Iggy and Macklemore are the only thing y'all play on radio.
But any American (who isn't mentally slow, or a racist hillbilly) knows Kanye's impact on music the last decade.
He has always been very local, so this might be true.

It really is crazy how Where Are U Now has been circulating #15-23 on iTunes the past few weeks with no promotion. Where is the video? This could definitely smash and be just the thing Bieber needs.
