This has always confused me. Do you use the POV on someone on the block or is it given to someone on the block? The difference being, in the former, both players are safe from nominations, but in the latter, only the person taken off the block is safe?
If you're talking generally than its the former but for this week, only the POV Holder & HOH are immune.

If I understood your question correctly, the veto (when used by a non-nominee) saves both the veto comp winner and the recipient nominee from eviction. In other words, whoever wins the veto cannot be named as a replacement nominee if the veto is used.

Wait, lemme just make sure, by POV Holder that means the person who's taken off the block or the person who decides not to use the veto, not the POV winner in general?

I guess I should have just said the winner sorry for the confusion
POV Holder = Winner
In any other week the Winner of the POV & if used on a nominee would be safe from eviction but for this week only the HOH (Ash) & POV Winner (?) are 100% immune.
