I think what I really like about the Jimmy Fallon performance is the fact that the bass and beat sounds louder than usually. Plus I like the breakdown. I think they found a great way to make it sound exciting and strong while stilling keeping its playful side alive.
U have a point tho, she really just uses it as an intro nowadays ^^ I could only see her bringing it back if she would do a tour like Madges COAD-tour where she would re-do all her previous songs to match the theme of the show.
