Rhyming's too easy. "obtain some power" feels a bit clunky, as does "give me a shower." I don't think that phrase sounds natural to how people talk about rain.
I like it in a guilty pleasure kinda way. It sounds like a tribal anthem. Make sure you count the syllabes again though. I haven't counted them, but something is off on first read. Also, "longest hour" doesn't exactly slay me, but I can tolerate it
Whoever (if anyone) takes on Cars I'd be impressed. I don't know enough about car brands and I don't feel like looking them up to make a song about them.
But I feel like that one would be interesting if done right
TT honest opinion, is it better we take a risk and do well or stick to our comfort zone?
Not sure what you guys are looking for this round, besides an obviously well written complete song.
I'm switching it up. I noticed my Rap songs get bad reviews (Both songs from Round 1&2 failed to enter the Top 30), so I'm writing a Pop instead and let's see how that goes
but I'm wondering if my chorus is too poppy
