Let's say Golden guesses the Wolf incorrectly, does a new Wolf get picked or does that person stay as the Wolf? If it stays the same person, can they pick the same person to be Little Red in the next round or do they have to choose someone different?

The same person stays as the Wolf until they are evicted or identified.

The Wolf can't pick the same Little Red two rounds in a row, so they will have to change it next round.
