I think how soon we get the album depends heavily on whether or not this song smashes. I think Britney and her team won't release a new album without a pretty huge hit anchoring the album because another album with Britney Jean sales could really mark the end of her career.

At least they are showing their dedication In the pretty girls thread.

The reason why this song is being released is because iggy kept lestering her team about the single and bullied team Britney into just putting it on Iggys album slated for the end of the year and then her team responded that they are ready for Britney's album so it's going to be for that.
They just don't want to announce a title until they have a full direction.
I expect pretty girls to slay the summer Tom diners to do its thing on the dance chart
Britney to finalize recordings this spring and summer and put out a follow up to pretty girls in August
Now an album would be ideal but they might just use August as the last single before album release in October/November which of course we will have a new one out the same week of the album.

I'd be shocked if she didn't put out an album this year.
Iggy might have a big mouth but this is the one time where her spilling the tea was a relief.

Right now. We are not even half done with this year so far so there's a lot of time to finish the album.

if we r getting an album the best time is after the end of the last leg (late september).. so far they havent annoounced the new dates.. so she could release the album promote it ( wishful thinking) and then go back to vegas for the christmas leg along with a few changes.
