I get the "stanning for success" argument, but some of the Navy just don't like the songs Rihanna has released thus far and that's fine. That's their opinion and their entitled to have it. Some, however, Navy and non-Navy, try to force their opinion onto others as if they are fact and have meltdowns on the daily. Yes, acting like that surely must make things harder and it should be exhausting af. You can express dissatisfaction and disappointment at Rihanna/the era without insults or constant negativity, I think.

I'm not happy by her silence, either, but if she flops. she'll be fine, whether she releases more albums or not. She's shown that she can recover from flops before.

I stan for more than her music, which I love, I stan for Robyn Rihanna Fenty, the person, and I'll stand by her side whether she sells 1,000 or 1,000,000 copies. #NavyRDie

AO2 AND BBHMM both flopped. Deal with the truth. FFS was a hit, but it was still a huge underperformance for a Rihanna lead single. With the way things are going now, R8 will struggle to pass 1M ww. Rihanna has never been a significant album seller even with her huge singles.
