I have a love hate relationship with Heartbeat Song. I loved it when it came out, then I felt like it got old super quick and I was frustrated they released it as the first single, now I go through periods of liking it and disliking it
So I was on Facebook and saw one of my friends posted a video of a lady doing workouts squat alternatives and guess what song was playing while she was doing them

All that excitement and exclamation marks made me forget for a second that PBP is already out and I thought that all the tweets were about Kelly's new album that is yet to be released.
Okay you know what, i'm just gonna say it. Heartbeat Song is such a bop.
I liked it at first, then I was kinda iffy about it, then I kinda loved it again. If you ignore every live performance of it, the song is actually such a guilty pleasure. The GP seem to really like it too, everyone I know who's heard the song bops along. It's nothing spectacular, but it's a nice bop.
As much as I despise the song, I agree. But I only listen to it on the radio. I always skip if I'm listening to the album. Sounds better on radio anyways
