I posted about it earlier this month:

There's a rumor going around that "Blank Space" is the opening song for the tour and she is performing "I Know Places" but after the second chorus there will be a drum breakdown and she'll sing the chorus of "Holy Ground" skipping the bridge of "I Know Places" and going back into the song finishing with the chorus and outro.

I got this from a Tumblr but it was removed a few minutes later. Some Swifies are Tweeting about it though wondering why it got taken down.

i8 think this album would really benefit from her treating the show like a play like with acts and stuff so the setlist tells one story

it has to open with Blank Space

Yes she should only perform it in New York.

I'm hoping for lots of neon during the performances. It could work really well with "Sparks Fly" and "Style".

I also want trees on stage for "Out of the Woods" with the only light shining through them, lots of fire for "Blank Space" chorus and "I Knew You Were Trouble", and her playing the piano for "Clean" with fake rain pouring down over her during the final choruses.

Also the "Shake It Off" performance needs to be the best one since its last on the setlist. I mean the "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together" and "Love Story" performances are cute from the last two tours but they weren't quite grand enough.

Her long notes are great. Haunted, Change, IKYWT, it's just the way they are distorted in IKP. I think she will have issues singing them live
