whenever i use my US proxy (for purely legal reasons ) there are always loads of madonna videos that are blocked. her views would be much, much higher if all her old hits were uploaded to VEVO in 2009 like every other old act, cause they'd be available in every country, promoted and the views from both VEVO and YouTube would be counted.
