You don't need to simplify your structure. The only thing that kept you away from the 9-10 range was the lines I pointed out. I think I only took 0.1 or 0.2 off for the syllabes and that applies to everyone. It's too early to take off points for meter, but I had to let you know that I noticed something was a little off with it for future reference.
