You see all of that stuff is arguably iconic, but is she important? Has de changed anything? Will she be remembered? Is she respected in a legendary light? And she ain't last worth a damn.
It's one thing for your video or your outfit to be easily recognizable and perhaps symbolic of something, but all that other stuff I just said is totally separate to me. *shrugs*

Britney is the white Janet with less creativity, impact, influence, or artistry. As for Gaga, she is nothing like Britney. The only reason why people draw comparisons between Gaga & Madonna is because they're both controversial, polarizing, attention-garbing, and out there to an extent. Gaga is actually very gifted musically, unlike Madge.

Do you understand the impact of Britney on pop music? Please.
Britney is a legend. No other teen star ever saw that much star power out the gate. Her movement was real. Xtina, Mandy Moore, Jessica Simpson, Miley Cyrus, all these girls follow behind Britney. Straight up replicates. Gaga herself even says Britney influenced her.
