There's something oddly unrelatable and cold about Madonna's music. Her voice too most of the time. Maybe that's why ROL was so acclaimed, because the album was so much about production and lyrics that all her voice had to do is simply carry the melody.

I know what you mean -- she's def one of the legends (like Whitney) who are stronger when it comes to singles than when it comes to full albums. (Unlike Mariah, for example, whose albums mostly slay as whole bodies of work.) But while some early albums have like 5 or 6 or 7 great songs, MDNA has like 2

I was so ready for Beautiful to smash, and when it flopped I was SO shocked. Never Be The Same didn't deserve to smash like that, it should have been Beautiful. But the music video was trash so I guess that's why.

Nah, not really. It's a promo single for Nashville, the tv series where she'll be guest starring for either 3 or 4 episodes. There's another promo single called The Real Thing.

But it won't be a real single. No radio adds or video or further promo other than the ACM's performance of Shotgun (which was like 1 minute long so I'm not sure it counts, but it was a smart move)

I wanted to make it my avi but there were no avi worthy moments. I made Pop A Bottle my avi instead.

And of course! I love Bonnie! I stanned for her back when she was 12 and on Australia's Got Talent and I was so happy she won. Then six years later I hear this song on the radio, "Raise The Bar", and I'm bopping like nothing else. So when I try to find out what this song is, I find out it's that girl I watched win on AGT! So crazy. Then "Blackout" came out which was basically Dark Horse 3.0 and I was losing my mind. I knew she was gonna be huge. But it never really took off here. Last I knew she released a country-twang kinda pop song called "Rodeo", but it wasn't very good. Not sure what she's up to now. I think she's dating X Factor alumni Dean Ray.

So, other than dating a blatantly unattractive guy, will she release another single? Blackout went top 20 and was gold, so she deserves one more chance after Rodeo flopped. She's too good to go to waste. This is one of the most jaw dropping acoustic performances I've ever heard
