Nop. It all went to Vera. Taissa will forever be an empty shell hoping to be as good as her sister.

I remember trying to make my mom watch Murder House with me, and she saw "Farmiga" and was like "Oh, my God! Vera Farmiga's in this?! She's fantastic!" and by the end of the episode all she could say was "Where the Hell was Vera?"

Evan Peters really is the worst... kind of sad Finn managed to out-perform him in one sub-par season.

She didn't care much about him. She's stanned for Jessica every season, stanned for Connie in Murder House and James in Asylum, and thought Kathy & Angela were fantastic in Coven. She really didn't like Freak Show, though, but the only real reaction I got from her was "Oh, no. Not Maggie!" when I told her Maggie was dying in Show Stoppers, so I guess she stans for Emma, too.

But anyway, Evan really isn't the worst. He's good in roles. He was great as Tate & Kit, and he was even great as Kyle but Kyle was a little bit of a waste. He was only bad as Jimmy, but Jimmy was also an annoying character. Then again, everyone was kinda bad in Freak Show except Angela, Frances & Finn. Taissa has consistently been the worst actor/actress in the main cast.

He might not be the worst but he's definitely below average for me.

Tate was right up his alley but everything after seems very forced and unnatural.

Kit didn't stand out much after someone like Tate, so I don't think that was fantastic, but Evan was good as him. He was really good as Kyle but y'all can't stand that that was his role.

But am not saying he the best actor. He's just not bad. Finn, on the other hand, is amazing.

How about we DON'T have a Lange replacement because we really need to stay away from a singular focal character when we have a main cast of ~10 people.

But yes, Vera slays. I have ha in my current fanfic season (which I finished writing E8 of-- Better than Blood Bath tbh).

Well, Vera's reign on BM is about to come to an end when she dies, because it's a Psycho prequel and all. They said they're gonna continue the show after that point (which is ridiculous because then they'll be creeping into Psycho's timeframe), so she'll be free to join AHS soon.

I know that y'all are busy shading previous/potential cast members, but that aside, does noone find it odd we haven't had any synopsis released at all?

Freak Show was confirmed towards the end of March and we got this synopsis the same day

Set in Jupiter, Florida, in 1950, Freak Show finds Jessica Lange playing a German ex-pat who is managing one of the last freak shows in the U.S. Her group of “unusuals”? Kathy Bates, Sarah Paulson, Evan Peters, Angela Bassett, and Frances Conroy all play performers whom Lange’s character has rescued; Denis O’Hare and Emma Roberts are also in talks to return. Freak Show’s 13 episodes will track this group as they do anything to keep their business around.
