Also I think PRISM is the perfect deluxe edition because Spiritual and Choose Your Battles are her most alternative songs to date and the three bonus tracks have a sound that wouldn't fit on the album at all, yet are some of the best on the album.

Do you expect to see yourself making it through to the next round?
I know I do
I wouldn't have submitted my song if I didn't think I would make it through to the next round with it. I'd hope everyone feels that way. It's as simple as that.
Seriously though, It Takes Two and Spiritual are the two worst songs on PRISM so I'm not fussed at them being bonus track'd. Choose Your Battles is a good album closer but not as good as By The Grace Of God so I'm fine with its placing too. But it's better than Double Rainbow and maybe Love Me. Still in the lower half of the record for me. But I like generic, upbeat pop music so surprise surprise!
Well, considering this is the first time I've ever wrote a song, it's a bit difficult for me to feel overly confident. I have nothing to compare it to, or know if I'm capable of writing anything better than I did, so it's a bit of an offshoot. Just gotta wait for the judges comments and see if I'm a natural, need some work, or am a flop that needs to put the pen down.

That's very true. As I've said a couple times already I was in those shoes last season and I had no idea what to expect. Writing a song for the first time was the craziest thing ever because I had no idea whether it would be received well or even remotely liked or just completely trashed. But I think everyone on ATRL's listened to a lot of music and has a pretty good idea of what a well written song would sound like, so I think some level of confidence is definitely beneficial. But looking out for the judges comments is definitely a great idea. They help you so much.

I can read what you wrote and give you feedback, if you want?
There's no comments? Mess I thought TT said there would be very brief comments.
I said "minimal feedback" meaning that 1/5 judges (me ) will give full reviews (and by full, I mean FULL) and the other 4 judges will either give you just scores or, if they choose to, hints and very short comments when needed.
