Yes definitely! I the in theory the two parts (the verses and the chorus) are ok, but separately. There's just no cohesiveness to this song, the chorus makes no sense. Plus, it has that cool little noise but no true beat drop or energy to it until the very end. There's no build, and there's also no lyric besides that main one. Like it could've been epic if there was a crescendo or some buold to it with an actual melodic chorus with actual lyrics.
Same with the verses: nice, but just forgettable unfortunately. But I don't want to be called out, because I see other people saying exactly the same thing. It's an ok song, but it never truly goes from being "ok" to good, let alone great.
I actually like him though, he makes some great pop music! At the very least, he sounds great and there are some really good lyrics! The song isn't a complete dud imo
