Rihanna is the riskiest artist of all time, and FFS pushed boundaries. Her music is more artistic than any of the pop girls, and it doesn't matter that she's flopping because she sings for the music not the charts.

Danny: So anyone that you’ve worked with, who impressed you the most?

Lydia: I think CL

Danny/Parker: CL. Yeah, she’s the baddest female. You know what I’m saying?

Lydia: Yeah, she’s so amazing. I have just so much respect…and yeah like we were working on some songs together, and just like lyrically and just melody-wise…what she can do in the studio. People don’t even know...

Haven't you always talked trash about how the Urban Community doesn't use Rihanna and how she's such a pop artist? Why compare a pop star to Chris Brown who is mostly Urban/R&B?

anything to make Chris look good, he needs all the help he can get

[rihannafan]

RGP, does CL have any solo songs?

Lol because Chris was in jail
Nor did he take a 3 year break from his last album prior to that. Let's not compare pushing release dates back because of legal issues to not even having one because of pure floppage.

Just because you say it in a sarcastic way doesn't make it false (see the gaga video where she sarcastically claims she is over before the start of the artpop era)

How does that make Rihanna's situation any better? Since you want to be petty, I can't wait 'til open with 100k US and 250k WW ONLY first week

This being used as a defense argument I am done.

I really don't care about your predictions. I care about facts like the fact that FFS did really well WW!

[SaneBeyhannaStan]

wait a minute has X even sold 500K physical copies since 2014?
Fan Of A Fan and X combined haven't even sold HALF of Unapologetic's total sales in the U.S where Rihanna" sucks at selling albums"

But...the Navy are the ones pushing and all of a sudden, clinging to this Urban thing with BBHMM. Any other time Urban releases are "local" and irrelevant but now it's "It's doing well on Urban!" "It will be an Urban smash!" "Slaying Urban radios!" Kii.

So you better cop everything two times
Two coupes, two chains, two c-notes
Too much ain't enough both we know
Christmas, tell 'em what's on your wish list
Get it all, you deserve it Kendrick

I still can't get over how good the album and I still haven't chosen yet but Wesley's Theory might take the top spot for me

And X is still the best selling R&B album of 2014.
ffff Rihanna is still flopping guys. Bringing up Chris, the biggest R&B male of this generation, in comparison to someone that is supposed to be soooo much bigger than him doesn't make Rihanna's floppage any less floppy. Y'all need to get over it.
