I mean, we can infer the entire album is about him, right? Like every song has one or two lines that could pertain to him. She was so secretive about this project, she didnt do a good job of explaining why she wrote certain songs, maybe because it is so deep and personal. I know she says she writes about her friends and fictional situations, but it's hard to believe, given what's come to light, that she was writing about anything but her own problems.
What do we even make of The Art of Letting Go though? Was this the first sign of her indicating to the world that something was up? She used words like
"trifling" "liability" and lines like
"Evidently your words were merely lies" which can directly link to lines in Faded and Cry.
