It really depends on the judges. Like season I had one judge who religiously stanned for my basic bops, while another trashed them to the highest degree. It's all personal preference. As much as the judges will insist for you to write for you and to not write for the judges, sometimes knowing who you're writing for can really help you in this competition situation.
