She gains around 100k every week or so with random peaks every now and then. She could have close to 10m come time for the new album.

It might just have something to do with him being respectful and not wanting to talk about things without Gaga's permission. When you work for someone as big as Gaga, you tend to keep your mouth shut when it comes to what happens in the studios (there's probably an NDA as well lol).

A couple of reasons, the main one being the album's not done and releasing a single when the album's not done could lead to a big mess. Imagine if the single flops and the record label gets scared and scraps the album since it's not done?
She will also not have a lot of time to promote the album like she normally does because her AHS contract probably has a promotional clause that states she has to promote the show.
AHS is part of her "reinvention/comeback". It'll get her name out right in time for the album to come afterwards. Let's focus on one thing at a time so things don't get messy.
