Not really? She literally begged Luke to settle it without involving the courts and he was a little bitch about it all and so she did what she had to do. The majority of this "tea" that she came out with has been known by her stans and revealed bit by bit over the years anyway. The only ones who are "shocked" that this happened are non-stans, Animals saw this coming a MILE away.

It very well still could be but I don't believe it is and I have no reason to believe it is as there is no evidence to prove this. And whose to say she failed? She's still waiting on her court date. She hasn't failed until the trials are over and she's still on his label.
