I know how that feels.. I was like that with Born To Die.  Except that is nowhere near as deep and as powerful as I Never Learn. I like reveling myself in music. It makes it so much easier for me to express my emotions. Even when I'm not feeling sad, I might occasionally play something that I know triggers an emotion for me and let out a cathartic cry.

This is what I've been doing since September, eventually the songs that hurt become therapeutic, and sometimes they'll be just as painful again depending on the day. It's a bittersweet, but magical thing.
I Never Learn and Transatlantacism/Plans by Death Cab both were his and my albums. They **** me up still but thats kind of what makes them even more special.
