Coke cans in hair, lesbian police officers, random and extremely blatant product placement, the dialogue with Beyoncé, a telephone hat, dancing with kitchen utensils, the actual plot of murdering a boyfriend, everything being completely unrelated to the song.
Granted it's not Bjork-level weird but most of that stuff won't be found in more conventional music videos. And most of Gaga's other videos don't have as much weird stuff.
