Then why complain? For all you know, the moderator read the other post and didn't think it was worthy of a warning point. Or it could have been a simple mistake that reporting the post would have helped correct.
We have processes in place for all of these things. If you forgo using them just so that you can raise a stink in public, it doesn't really help anything.
it's probably the only thing holding ATRL back (and lack of open registrations) from being a great forum.
