I thought that too and I still think it might be more of a sleeper hit like Habits or something, and it definitely doesn't feel "summery," but its current radio ascent, at the rate it's going now, would put it at its peak right in time for summer. Plus Charli wrote it, and last year's SOTS established a precedent for that.
Bills is still the top contender though.
