The same question was asked after the 2012 Grammy's regarding "21." The album had already far outsold anything released in the 2010s, so no one expected it to get a boost if Adele won. Instead, she got the biggest post a Grammy's boost ever, selling over 700,000 copies of "21" the first full week of sales after the Grammy's, and "19" jumped into the Top Five at #4.
Then of course, Adele put three songs in the Hot 100 Top 10, including "Rolling In The Deep," which leaped to #5 in its 59th week on the Hot 100. Some songs and albums just have amazing longevity, and since no one is buying the parent album, everyone is downloading the "Uptown Funk" single.
