I'm so glad Kathy is returning, not only because it's a familiar face, but now Gaga has one less thing to get dragged for. They can't say sh replaced Jessica Lange.
I hope Sarah Paulson returns, Angela Bassett, and France's return, I wouldn't mind Finn either. Evan I don't really care..
The cast is actually looking good

So glad we have the Kathy Bates back. Time for you to shine now that Lange is gone, Kathy.  Jessica handpicked her because they're friends irl too.
I NEED my queen Lily Rabe back. She's the first person I fell in love with watching this show.
It would be nice to have Frances and Angela back too.
Fire Evan and Taissa and Gabourey. And give Sarah Paulson a break, I'm sick of looking at ha face(s).

I just need Frances & Lily. I'd love for Emma to be back, but she'll be busy with SQ so I'm okay with her absence, but Frances & Lily are REQUIRED. 
Also, since Ryan said she's running it, glad we can officially state that the "FX Insider" from IMDb is absolute fake ********. Glad to see those dumb lies proved wrong with such a simple tweet.

I had never seen gaga's scene in Sin City before, all I ever saw from her was the camp performance in Machete Kills. That's the only reason I kind of agreed with the people who were worried about her acting ability. But after seeing Sin City my mind is more at ease. That little 1 minute sequence was easily better than any Emma Roberts or Taissa Farmiga AHS performance. I mean, she was acting alongside Joseph Gordon Levitt, one of my favorite actors, and she still stole the screen. Even if she had NO acting ability, she still has a very strong screen presence, which is very important in a show like AHS

She wasn't good in it. I didn't expect her to slay since it was just a small cameo, but it wasn't noteworthy in any way except that it was Lady Gaga, and a statement like this is ridiculous.

I have read everything you've had to say in this thread regarding Gaga and her involvement with AHS, and I am honestly not thrilled with even giving you the time of day to answer some of your ridiculous and immature claims, but I can't help it at this point. You crawl up and down through the pages of this thread whining about Gaga's involvement and shading her left and right. It's obvious that you're bothered, and it's obvious that you're bothered for reasons other than the ones you try to pass off as legitimate in those "essays" you're so fond of writing. It's pretty clear to me that you enjoy childishly hating on Gaga whenever the opportunity presents itself, as you have done so practically every day since her spot was announced in the cast. The way that you try to collect your thoughts and come up with a well worded "excuse" for your blind hatred so that you can get away with past and future Gaga related shade without being lambasted by people who see through your facade is laughable. If you have any intelligent and noteworthy remarks to contribute regarding the comment I made, other than to just go "LOL UR WRONG GAGA SUCKS", then please feel free to let me know. Otherwise I would prefer you not derail the thread any longer with your negativity. Some people are here to read news and discuss their excitement, and I doubt that they appreciate being attacked for humbly dropping by once every 10 pages or so to give their opinions.

OT, I still can't wait for all of the inevitable Gaga/Kathy scenes. She was stanning for Gaga at Paleyfest so their chemistry onscreen should be great. I'm gonna go invite all the Monsters to this thread so we can all talk about AHS when it airs.

 If you think Emma Roberts is a bonafide actress. She's barely at Madonna level in terms of acting talent.

I think Taissa acted with more conviction & believability in Season 1 than Emma in anything I've seen.

Possibly. I've always loved Emma in the series aside from a few parts in Freakshow (obvs). I don't think it's fair to put her with Madonna
