Are you really crying "sexism," ignoring the fact that at the time R&B music had a hard time hitting the Hot 100, let alone top 20 and going platinum and Miguel's biggest hit before that was "Sure Thing," which was also a platinum-selling hit. It has nothing to do with gender. It has everything to do with standards. At the end of the day, it's about what an artist is known for, and for Miguel it's "Adorn."
