I want a song that showcases Onew's voice and everyone's singing skill. Shouting a loud chorus isn't really doing it.
RIGHT, nearly all of their routines seem designed for four people, "Happiness," the chair partners in "Be Natural," even the "it's so tasty, come and chase me" has four distinct parts and two girls have to awkwardly do the same move. I really want to know why she added...I'll ping the question on wendy at her first US fan meeting...

I don't think RV will get an overseas debut, they'll be like f(x). At best they may get a Japan debut, but Hallyu is basically dead there, except for the groups like SNSD, BIGBANG etc. who were already established and have dedicated fanbases.
The Yoona theory is so plausible imo. Think about how she sounds different in every song, why she's nearly always lipsyncing even when others are singing live. She's the Korean Milli Vanilli.
More evidence came during their US debut as they were forced to have live vocals. Seohyun was caught standing in the back of The Boys singing Yoona's part. Then when Yoona was absent for a US performance, Tiffany mysteriously had a pre-recorded studio vocal of Yoona's lines. Plus Tiffany sings underneath Yoona's parts in The Boys rap, but she doesn't for anyone else. I think it's to make Yoona's "voice" sound more familiar.
Yoona is an actress not a singer, I think that they have some trainees locked up somewhere in the SM building who sing Yoona's parts for her on rotation.
For example, compare Yoona's lines in Talk Talk to her lines in Mr. Taxi (Korean Ver.) she sounds totally different like a different person.
Watch Seohyun from 1:58 onwards. On the live broadcast they change the camera angle, but this fan caught her with her mic to her mouth during Yoona's part.

I mean, you're entitled to your wrong opinion.
There's no point in SM forcing them to contemporary R&B again, not when they're having EXO do it, it's redundant. SHINee's forte is live performance and dancing, they're nearly a head and shoulders above their contemporaries in said areas. Big songs like the ones mentioned showcase that best.
They could make a great PBR&B album with tracks like Symptoms though.
